Community Connect offers practical support when it is needed most as well as ongoing support to build individual capacity.
Our community connect hubs deliver a range of supports, including emergency relief food parcels, crisis intervention, work readiness and community support and engagement, in a culturally meaningful way. We start by understanding and listening to needs, and then journey with individuals and families to address those needs, drawing on our community partnerships. We offer a hand up, not just a hand out.
